House rulesWe offer this accommodation to people who come to our city for the purpose of visiting, are sensitive enough to understand their allocated space is part of our family home and that Caroline & I are both working and are not professional hoteliers
Anyone who'd like to use our room as a “love nest” for example (e.g. to stay in all the time to only come out just for the bare necessities) or have breakfast at noon, or anything of that ilk, we would recommend several fine hotels in our area but our house is not one of them.
Breakfast is between 8 - 10 am. We can provide in our kitchen a space in the fridge for some drinks but no cooking. You are welcome to use the washing machine if you are staying with us for longer than 7 days.
If you intend to travel by car let us know beforehand to make sure we have the right number of parking vouchers

Reviews of this property
We were more than happy to stay with George and Caroline. The house and our room were very beautiful and neat. We were taken care of extremely friendly and helpful, still had our privacy at any time. It was a pleasure to meet our hosts and we strongly recommend a stay at their home.
Our short visit to London has a beautiful, tastefully, furnished house, provides us with very warm hosts.
The room is very cozy. The house is situated in Zone 2 and yet you get to the buses very quickly in the City of London. I would not hesitate to again stay with George and Caroline. Both are very helpful, giving recommendations as where to best get there and is well worth seeing.
Thank you for the great time in your house :-). We come back, everytime.

We stayed with a most charming hosts. Very attentive, interested and supportive! Breakfast in a lovely conservatory overlooking the green garden now. Nice neighborhood with Victorian houses. Pleasant, tasteful room with a bed (bed). Central London is easily accessible by bus and subway.
Truly a place where you like to go back to.

My mom and I had a wonderfull time at George and Carolines. The house was exactly like in the pictures, very tastefull and homely. Everything was right in order, we even had some redberry tea in our room on the night of arrival. George and Caroline and George gave us all sorts of usefull tips, from where to take the bus to more specific ones on where to go, like Kings Road in Knightsbridge. Caroline specifically recommanded the Victoria and Albert museum, which we turned out to love! Furthermore, we had a lovely evening drinking wine and talking. To go short George and Caroline should be in every London guidebook, since they are a real asset to the city! :-)
