All rooms are spacious and sunny, two floors. At the top floor are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. In ground floor are lounge/dinner with international TV, DVD, sound system, internet acces (wifi) and air condition. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with views and access to the private pool.
Garden furniture and sun loungers.
1 bed linen set with covers, 1 bath towel and 1 bath toilet per person are provided. Also teatowels.
You need to bring beach towels.

Outdoor pool 9 x 4 meters. Without heating. Sunbeds around.
Private garage for a car and place on the street always available.
Located in a residential area close to village of Llucmajor and S'Arenal.
Quiet area. Local neighborhood living all year. Small shopping center nearby, service bank, pharmacie, supermarket, bars and restaurants, bookshop, bakery...
800 meters walking panoramic views over Bahia de Palma on the cliff, perfectly accommodated to descend on foot or by car special for diving and enjoy the lovely sunset .
This area of Mallorca is very popular between cyclists, the house is located very close to the main cycle routes.
4 min. to Maioris Golf course. The Marriott Golf and Spa resort is 10 minutes driving.
Near the city of Palma, just 20 min. driving, most outstanding in this locality is its coast, which varies along its 35 kilometres. In El Arenal, which is a continuation of Playa de Palma, the coast is a large sandy beach but further towards the west it becomes abrupt, first it is rocky and later large cliffs are found especially in Cape Enderrocat. This is a truly spectacular region that offers excellent views on the sea. The highest point is the lighthouse in Cabo Blanco at nearly 90 meters from sea level. Arriving towards S'Estanyol the sand once again takes over the landscape in the form of large beautiful beaches, 'Es Trenc' Beautiful unspoilt beach said to be one of the best.
HOW TO MOVE:
Driving time from Palma Airport is 15 minutes. Car would be recommended, but not essential. There is a reliable bus service to go S'Arenal and city of Palma.
The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Short stay (less than 1 month):
Price includes consumption of electricity, water, WiFi, linen and towels. On arrival will be asked 100€ cash for final cleaning and 200€ deposit to be returned at the end of your stay. If check out is before 10am damage deposit will be returned through bank transfer the day after your departure.
There will be a charge of 30€ for arrivals after 21:00.
Long stay (from 1 month) from: November to February
Rental price includes the consumption of water and WiFi.Sheets and towels.
Electricity is not included, the estimated cost is 80€/month. The day of arrival we noted in the contract meter reading. Actual spending may be higher or lower than the estimate based on the level of consumption.
On arrival will be asked 120€ cash for final cleaning and 300€ deposit will be returned at the end of your stay.
There will be a charge of 30€ for arrivals after 21:00.

Victoria is very nice, keys only after reminder call-but then everything went smoothly.
The house is large and everything is fine.
Kitchen fully equipped with very small drawbacks. (Pots burn all on, no whisk, but at home everything is not perfect!)
Great, clean pool, which we unfortunately could not use to April is too cold for a beach holiday.
A bit annoying was that we only ever one hand and had bath towel per person for 10 days. Washing machine available, but to damp for drying the laundry.
Bedding was the beginning of the season a little musty and not very clean.
Nevertheless, we were pleased with all the trimmings.
3 bedrooms with 2 beds (good mattress!), Large sofa in the living room and one extra folding bed for an emergency-super.
Victoria ist total nett, Schlüsselübergabe erst nach Erinnerungsanruf-dann hat aber alles problemlos geklappt.
Das Haus ist groß und alles in Ordnung.
Küche mit sehr kleinen Abstrichen voll ausgestattet. (Töpfe brennen alle an, kein Schneebesen, aber zu Hause ist ja auch nicht alles perfekt!)
Toller, sauberer Pool, den wir aber leider nicht nutzen konnten-April ist doch zu kalt für einen Badeurlaub.
Etwas störend war, dass wir für 10 Tage nur je ein Hand-und Duschtuch pro Person hatten. Waschmaschine zwar vorhanden , aber zu klamm zum Trocknen der Wäsche.
Bettzeug war zum Saisonanfang etwas muffig und nicht sehr sauber.
Trotzdem waren wir mit allem drum und dran zufrieden.
3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten (gute Matratzen !), großes Sofa im Wohnzimmer und noch ein extra Klappbett für den Notfall-super.

Very pleased with my stay in Merce and Victoria's place. The location is perfect for all the main tourist attractions that the city has to offer, the street is buzzing during the day but quiet at night which allows you to sleep well.
The flat is a.stylish and I found it very clean (bed sheets, towels and kitchen tools) all the basics for cooking included.
Victoria was very attentive to all the needs and provided helpful information on places to go such as restaurants, bars, etc.
Overall experience was great and I would recommend the place to anyone going to Mallorca.
Perfect apartment for our long weekend stay in Palma. The terrace was an amazing space to eat breakfast, have drinks, and sunbathe. It's really central in the old town, but very quiet at night as it's on a street of shops. Beds were comfortable, shower was powerful, and the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole apartment was really clean and spacious.
Merce and Victoria were lovely hosts and gave us tips about local beaches and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this apartment.
A Lovely apartement. Fantastic! A historic feeling in the heart of Palma.
Close to the mercado at placa olivar, so we did all the shopping there and cooked in the kitchen. When we eat supper we had the pulse outside on placa Mayor.
Nice beds and no disturbance from the Square or the street.
Busses where easy to get from Plaza espana or la rambla. Nr 25 to playa Palma in 15 min.
Mercé and Victoria are helpfull and gave nice advice of things to do.

The meeting point was easy to find and Victoria gave us a warm welcome (thank you again for the water, Victoria!). The flat is perfect located for all shopping addicts and also for people who like to explore Palma by night. The flat is equipped with everything you need, but because of hundreds of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood we only used the kitchen for a coffee in the morning. We stayed in the apartment in June (hot) so we had the windows open at night. For this reason we couldn't sleep as good as home, as we heared all people while walking through this narrow street at night (the two single beds are comfortable).
Magnificent apartment in which you feel at home from you cross the door. Plenty of light and plenty of space. Improving the pictures you see on the web. As for the owners, wonderful hosts for his island. 100% recommendable. Back!

A centrally located apartment in the old town of Palma - location could not have been better. Fresh and spacious with everything we needed for a week's stay. The best was the lovely terrace where we spent a lot of the time when we were not on excursions. Last but not least, our host as we quickly got a good contact with and that helped us in every way.
Overall experience gets the highest rating and highly recommended!
En centralt belägen lägenhet i Gamla stan i Palma - läget kunde inte varit bättre. Fräsch och rymlig med allt vi behövde för en veckas vistelse. Bäst var den härliga terassen där vi tillbringade en stor del av tiden när vi inte var på utflykter. Sist men inte minst vår värd som vi snabbt fick en god kontakt med och som hjälpte oss på alla sätt.
Totalupplevelsen får högsta betyg och rekommenderas varmt!

We had a lovely Holiday in Mercé and Victorias flat in Palma. Mercé met us in Placa Cord at 10.30, when our bus arrived to Palma. She told us where to buy groceries and different other things. The flat is nice and cosy with two god bedrooms and a lovely terrace. We had no problems under our stay, if we had, I am sure Mercé would help us anytime. There is a long smal stairway to the flat, so it is not for disabled people.
