This cozy, two-storey villa with a size of 210 m2 counts with 4 bedrooms; ideal for big families with children or small groups of friends. Three bedrooms are fitted with a double bed and the fourth one count with a bunk bed. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin and another one with bath tub.
Step outside, have a pleasant barbecue on the terrace (approx. 40 m2) and enjoy the peace of the zone. The chlorine pool with a size of 6.5 meters x 5 meters is the perfect place for all the sun lovers of you. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers. The pool area, the terrace and the whole plot lie romantic surrounded by the mountains. It is a very quiet and private place without direct neighbors.
The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa and satellite TV. The villa counts with WIFI. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Right next to the kitchen there is a table and chairs for 6 people. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The villa is located in an exceptional area, at the base of Puig Tomir, one of the highest peaks in Mallorca and located in the natural area known as Serra de Tramuntana, which was proclaimed World Heritage by Unesco.
Moreover, the area is very quiet, in between the mountains, and it is the perfect place for adventure lovers that want to spend their times hiking, cycling, etc. all year long.
Pollença is just 6 km far away and is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favorite places for painters and artists to settle in the island. Pollença invites you enjoying summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions, there are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces that are always bustling.
The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!
In a 10 minute drive you can quickly get to the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicens and Formentor. All those are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters and not really deep waters, what make them perfect for children. You can also join many sports and activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving or fishing. There is also the marina, where you will see all the luxury yachts and the colorful and tiny fishing boats from the locals. In the sea promenade you can delight yourself with the wonderful views from the bay while having a drink in one of the many cafes or restaurants you can find there.
Pollença and Port de Pollença offer many shops with different kinds of local and hand made products. On Sundays there is market in Pollença and on Wednesdays in Port de Pollença, where you can get to know the locals.
5 minutes drive from Pollença will take you to Pollença Golf course which is a 9 hole course and offers the possibility of hiring rental balls and clubs.
It also counts with a restaurant where the non-golfers are also welcome and a swimming pool. There is also a golf teacher who organizes classes and tournaments regularly.
The house is close to the road that crosses the Serra de Tramuntana and from which you have astonishing views from the mountains and the sea. Trough this road you can get to the Monastery of Lluc, Fornalutx, Deià, Sóller and Valldemossa.
This house offers a home away from home, with a rustic flair but very cozy at the same time in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca. Don't spend your holidays anywhere - make your holidays an unforgettable experience!

We had a great stay!!! VERY close to the beach and a nice pool area. Perfect size apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Host was also very friendly, no problems at all.
good flat in good location. respect to other place in mallorca, port d'alcudia is more quiet. the flat was clean and with all services you can need within 100 meters (groceries stores, tabacs, restaurants and so on). the beach is within 30 meters. this accomodation is reccomanded.

Very nice hotel, well equipped and quiet, but not far to the center of Cala Ratjada and the sandy beach of Cala Agulla and Cala Gat. Overall, everything is as described. We could complain about anything negative during our stay and this property will definitely recommend it.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, jedoch nicht weit bis ins Zentrum von Cala Ratjada sowie zum Sandstrand Cala Agulla und der Bucht Cala Gat. Insgesamt ist alles wie beschrieben. Wir konnten bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts negatives bemängeln und werden diese Unterkunft definitv weiterempfehlen.

Very nice, well-kept house / garden. Ideal for families with children as the property is completely closed. There is a very large stone slabs space - ideal for playing. The house is situated in a cul de sac. Parking is moderately present. The neighbors friendly and quiet. The place is relaxed, very clean !!! and there are many Spanish citizens. A couple of very good restaurants, a grocery store with fresh fish / meat counter, hardware store, tobacco shop are available in town.
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus/Garten. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist. Es gibt einen sehr grossen Steinplatten Platz - ideal zum Spielen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Parkplätze sind massig vorhanden. Die Nachbarn freundlich und ruhig. Der Ort ist entspannt, sehr sauber!!! und es gibt viele spanische Einwohner. Ein paar sehr gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt mit Frisch-Fisch/Fleisch-Theke, Haushaltswarenladen, Tabakgeschäft sind im Ort vorhanden.
