The room contains 1 double bed which could sleep a couple, a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and giant windows. You can lock the room door, and there is plenty of storage space with a lock so you can leave your belongings in a safe place while you explore the city. The kitchen is fully-equipped, containing a stove, oven, sink, microwave, refrigerator, cooking supplies and utensils. The entire apartment is supplied with toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. The bathroom is broken up in to two rooms - one with a shower and another with the toilet. There are two washing machines and a large washing sink located upstairs.
The flat has high-speed WiFi internet access in every room. The building is old but it has been remodeled. There is an elevator, but you probably won't use it much since the apartment is only located on the second floor.
The location of the apartment is on Benediktska street, nestled quaintly between Old Town Square and Namesti Republiky. This particular area of town is filled with fun and interesting things to do and see. There are bike tours, walking tours, river boat rides, and other fun stuff located within walking distance. Letna Park, which has a beer garden overlooking the city, is just across the river and up the hill. The grocery store is a 30 second walk and there is a 24 hour non-stop convenience store located down the street. There are two large shopping malls located a minute away.
Please don't lose the keys. They are high-security special keys. I will ask for 20 Euro each if they are lost

Reviews of this property
The reception was pleasant and friendly. All appointments unfolded perfectly. Our room was obviously one of the biggest three rooms of an apartment. Spartan, huge black wall unit, black desk large bed and another small. To eye level of charwoman clean, slightly higher a layer of dust on the ceiling old cobwebs. No mirror in the room, no radio, no TV. WiFi works fine, there is even more networks whose data will be communicated.
The bathroom carelessly with suspended on wires plastic curtains in the bathtub - funkional but useless if these guests hang out! This is no fault of the host, but in such cases should be at least a wiper in the apartment to be. We were in any case on the last day in the water. There is also no trash can in the bathroom to dispose of the Haarkneuel the prior user of the bathtub. As an aside: There is a shelf in the bathroom - a superscript, pasted with paper wooden pallet. Here cleans the cleaning lady only where their work unit fits in between.
A corner of the hall was converted into a kitchen. A mini window into a kind of fireplace is the only ventilation, incidentally, also the toilet is accessible just in the kitchen area. The ventilation of the bath is probably in there, but not working. I do not want to imagine what's going on when the apartment is occupied with 9 people.
The host provides a lot of information about Prague is available and the location of the apartment could not be better, but I would still not stay this apartment.
Nice large room, super central, but quiet; bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other rooms. Very reliable contact!
Did we liked, we would book again!
Top and stay so central. Simple, clean rooms. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that we shared the apartment with others. I am unsure if this came tydleig enough forward on the website. Otherwise, a nice apartment with friendly and helpful hosts in a beautiful city!
Topp og bo så sentralt. Enkle, rene rom.
It was a simple and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the city with everything you need for a short trip to Prague (kitchen, bathroom, city maps ...). Lindsay and Vincent were very nice hosts who had some information for excursions and shops in Prague for us.
Everything was great. My friends felt very welcome and they loved the room. It is right in the city center, great location for visiting Prague.
Communication was great and I hope to visit the apartment myself in the future!
Assolutamente consigliato
Reviews for this host's other properties
The apartment is right in the heart of the city. You don't need train or tram. It takes about 20 minutes walk to Old Town Centre. It's very safe as there is a police station right opposite of the apartment. The bedroom is so big and clean but the only thing was the bed, the mattress was too soft and deep inside and I got backache when I woke up. Toilet and kitchen is so clean. The price i also very reasonable. Hope we could visit Prague again soon and will definitely come back to stay!.
We had a great time in Prague. Viola let us in and showed us our room and gave us a map. She pointed Some Nice things on the map which we did, and it Where fun things that were not Very touristic. The room was nice, only the light did not work, but there was a small lamp that worked. The kitchen was organised and sometimes Viola was there so we could have a Nice chat, and ask her anything. Thank you Vincent and Viola.
The apartment was good, the room spacious and very close to the old town (not even 5 minutes to walk). Lots of restaurants and bars around. Vincent's assistant is a very nice and friendly person, always willing to help and answer all our questions.
The Flat was clean and Vincent and his assistant Lindsey are very friendly! She told us everything we need to know about the flat, the house rules and Prague itself.
The flat is large enough for 9 people but you need a bit of time management to get all 9 people through one bathroom with the only toilet in that flat.
For the breakfast we need to carry all the tables and chairs in one room so that we can launch all together because there is no real kitchen. And if you like to drink coffee you should better bring a coffee machine or at least a filter holder! Using a coffee filter inside a sieve is funny but need a lot of time and intuition ;-)
However, for that price I think the flat is fair enough for 4 stars and I really liked the close location to the center of Prague!
Thanks for the nice time!
