This gorgeous apartment has modern facilities but retains its old features. The apartment is an two bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen and living area and a seperate bathroom, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
Our apartments all contain modern amentities catered to your needs. The bedrooms each consists of a bed (double or single dependant on the room), bedside table, reading lamp and storage. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and all the necessary appliances you need for your stay.
The bathroom has a shower witrh bath tub, a WC and a washbasin. A hairdryer will be provided for your convenience. We also provide a weekly cleaning service for all our guests and linens and towels will be provided and changed. A sofa bed is also provided in the living area which can be used for the 5th guest.
We also provide our guests with a 24 hour maintenance service and Wi-Fi Internet access free of charge.
This apartment is perfect for your stay in one of the busiest cities in the world and will ensure that your trip is both enjoyable and relaxing.
This apartment is on the 5th floor. Lift goes up only to 4th floor.

Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of £200 will be charged from your credit card to guarantee the booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.
A full payment is required on or before the arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks. All charges will be calculated by night basis. Any extensions will be accepted only on availability and will be charged on pro rata basis.
Confirmation: A Booking confirmation will be emailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit. In most cases a final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.
Security Deposit: On arrival your card will be authorized to cover against incidental breakages and damages.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation is required 3 or more working days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the accommodation costs. Cancellation charges are as follows;

Over 3 days prior - £100.00 as admin fee
More than 2 Week Bookings
1 to 3 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost
Over 3 days prior - 30% of the accommodation cost
Reducing the Number of Nights (after check-in)
Over 7 days prior - 50% of the accommodation cost
1 to 7 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost
Check-out cleaning: A charge for every apartment will be up to £50 for the entire booking period. This will be a onetime charge and there will not be any other hidden charges for check-out cleaning.

Opening Hours: Our office is open from 9:30 am to 06:00 pm throughout the week and from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday. Please notify us immediately if you arrive before or after these times.
Payment Method: Payment will be made by cash, card, PayPal payment or bank transfer. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Amex Cards will not be accepted. Card payments can be made via our online payment gateway. Bank transfers should be made prior to the arrival date and the money should be cleared by the date of occupancy.
There is a 3.5% surcharge applicable on all credit cards and debit cards.

very convenient location, Paddington station with train to heathrow, underground and many restaurants arround . the flat was clean and good for a few days. we may use it again in our next jouney to london
The apartment was very well located, very clean and had everything you need to spend a few days in London totally recommended
El piso estaba muy bien situado, estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en londres totalmente recomendable
The room is quite small, more than I expected from the photos presented on our sites. The kitchen is fully served, in fact, missing pots.
The living space is little, if you search for something spacious is not the right solution. The bed is a queen, you sleep well in two, preferably a couple that can then be also very close range without problems.
Cleanliness is good as far as bathroom, laundry and linen ... not good as far as dust on the floor and surfaces.
Overall, for the price at which it is rented, it is a pretty good apartment, is located in an area well served with metro station and in close proximity to various pubs and supermercatini nearby.
I recommend it to those who go to London to be very out, and uses the apartment just as comfortable support for sleeping and a little more.
I would recommend it to those who prefer to spend more time in their accommodation, because the small size limit the habitability for two people
La camera è piuttosto piccola, più di quanto mi aspettassi dalle foto proposte nel sito. La cucina non è totalmente servita, manca infatti di pentole.
Lo spazio vitale è poco, se si cerca qualcosa di spazioso non è la soluzione giusta. Il letto è a una piazza e mezzo, ci si dorme bene in due, meglio se una coppia che puo quindi stare anche molto ravvicinata senza problemi.
La pulizia è buona per quanto riguarda bagno, biancheria e lenzuola...meno buona per quanto riguarda polvere su pavimento e superfici.
Nel complesso, per il prezzo a cui viene affittato, è un appartamento piuttosto buono, si trova in una zona ben servita, con fermata della metropolitana piuttosto vicina e pub e supermercatini vari nelle vicinanze.
La consiglio a chi va a Londra per stare molto fuori, e sfrutta l'appartamento solo come comodo appoggio per dormire e poco più.
Non mi sento di consigliarla a chi preferisce trascorrere più tempo nel proprio alloggio, perche le ridotte dimensioni limitano l'abitabilità per due persone
The apartment is in a great location and in a very quiet corner. It is new but could be kept better especially as regards cleaning. I certainly do not say it was dirty because the sheets and towels were immaculate and in five days we even had a change but could leave the products to give a chance to fix it. L'appartamento é in una posizione ottima e in un angolo molto tranquillo. É nuovo ma potrebbe essere tenuto meglio sopratutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Non voglio certo dire che era sporco perché le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano immacolati e in 5 gg abbiamo addirittura avuto un cambio però potrebbe lasciare dei prodotti per dare la possibilità di sistemarlo. Per pulire bagno e cucina e spazzare un po' la stanza perché se il soggiorno era più lungo avremmo dovuto comprare tutto il dovuto per farlo
The location of the apartment is superb with excellent connections to virtually all rail lines, diekter proximity to Hyde Park and numerous shopping and dining alternatives. The road (Talbot Square) is quiet, the house as such as well - if not for the orientation of the apartment to the courtyard. There do 24 hours a day countless fan of kitchens and laundry its vociferous service, which in the long run and especially at night can cost nerves.
In addition, the interior of the apartment is partly strongly needs work: The blind in the living room is broken, the ice compartment of the refrigerator has no door and freezes so everything in the upper normal refrigeration compartment lying, the wardrobe in the bedroom keeps only the good will together (or sometimes not even the: Beware of jumping out of the socket sliding)!. And if you want a hot shower, you have plenty of time and be adjusted to a more idyllic splashing trickle because of the falls.
Conclusion: Location smooth 1, the remaining 4 with tendency to 5 power total not more than satisfying.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist herausragend mit erstklassiger Anbindung an nahezu alle Bahnlinien, diekter Nähe zum Hyde Park sowie zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Restaurantalternativen. Die Straße (Talbot Square) ist ruhig, das Haus als solches ebenso - wäre da nicht die Ausrichtung der Wohnung zum Innenhof. Dort verrichten 24 Stunden am Tag zahllose Gebläse von Küchen und Waschküchen ihren lautstarken Dienst, was auf Dauer und insbesondere nachts Nerven kosten kann.
Zudem ist das Interieur der Wohnung teils stark überholungsbedürftig: Das Rollo im Wohnraum ist kaputt, das Eisfach des Kühlschranks hat keine Klappe mehr und erfriert so alles im oberen normalen Kühlfach Liegende, den Kleiderschrank im Schlafraum hält nur noch der gute Wille zusammen (bzw. mitunter nicht mal mehr das: Vorsicht vor aus der Fassung springenden Schiebetüren!). Und wer warm duschen möchte, muss viel Zeit mitbringen und sich eher auf ein idyllisch plätscherndes Rinnsal denn auf die Niagarafälle einstellen.
Fazit: Lage glatte 1, der Rest 4- mit Tendenz zur 5. Macht insgesamt leider nicht mehr als befriedigend.
Große Wohnung mit kleinen Mankos (kleines Badezimmer, keine Kaffeemaschine). Ausgezeichnete Lage, ruhig gelegen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, fussläufig zum Hyde Park und zur Paddington Station. Viele Läden in der Umgebung. Insgesamt recht empfehlenswert
Great location! First impression of the apartment was positive, seemed newly renovated and had large rooms and so on. A closer look showed a few things not so positive: Completely clogged sink in the bathroom, we had to open up and remove lots of hair, toothpicks and other disgusting stuff - uaææh! With guests coming and going, this is really an important matter to look into - I really don't think we should be charged with any amount for cleaning after this, I still will vomit just by the thought of the mess. And there was the toilet seat, totally loose and really unpleasant to sit on - I know I never would have rented out an apt without checking things like this. Easy to fix but really annoying to come to. So this was the first and last time in Leinster Gardens :-(
De accommodatie ligt op een hele fijne plek in een rustig gedeelte van Londen.
Het ligt om de hoek van de straat waar je de sleutel ophaalt ook dus dat is super fijn.
Een straat verderop zijn kleine winkeltjes om wat boodschappen te doen of om te eten. Heel handig en goed genoeg.
Alles wat de beschrijving beloofd over het appartement en de omgeving klopt.
De kamer is schoon en het bed is heel goed. Belangrijk!!!
Wij zouden zeker weer voor deze verhuurder kiezen.
Das Apartment war für Londoner Verhältnisse recht geräumig, die Zimmerdecke hoch. Das Badezimmer dagegen recht klein. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden. Alles war sauber. Es gab zwei Mal in der Woche neue Handtücher und der Müll wurde weggebracht. Positiv ist auch die Zwischentür zum Wohnungseingang. Die Wand zum Nachbarzimmer ist allerdings sehr dünn, man kann alles hören. Die Mitarbeiter des Vermieters waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Büro ist in der Nachbarstraße.
The studio is well-situated between 2 metro stations: Lancaster Padington and allowing you great mobility. It is very close (200 meters) from Hyde Park, a 2-minute walk.
The office where the keys are collected is also very close, on the street parallel.
Very quiet residential area, next to a kind of dorm.
The study really is a room with a kitchen, enough for 2 people, allowing to have breakfast there and save a few pounds. Free Wi-Fi, microwave, 2 fires and fridge. (By the way, do not forget adapters for plugs).
It is not very spacious and it is difficult to open 2 suitcases at a time.
The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. Note that the toilet is so close to the sink that since he can make simultaneous use of the sink.
It has possibility to make use of the laundry in the basement.
Note that our study was on the second floor and you have to climb a narrow and fairly long carpeted staircase with luggage, no elevator.
They change the towels every 2 days.
In short, having seen the prices of hotels, the possibility of cooking, the location and previous buts truth is that the experience is good and recommended.
El estudio está muy bien situado entre 2 paradas de metro: Padington y Lancaster lo que te permite gran movilidad. Está muy cerquita (200 metros) de Hyde Park, a 2 minutos andando.
La oficina donde se recogen las llaves también está muy cerca, en la calle paralela.
La zona muy tranquila y residencial, al lado de una especie de residencia universitaria.
El estudio realmente es una habitación con una cocina, suficiente para 2 personas, lo que permite poder desayunar ahí y ahorrarte unas libras. Wifi gratuita, micro-ondas, 2 fuegos y nevera. (Por cierto, no olvideis los adaptadores para los enchufes).
No es muy espacioso y es complicado abrir 2 maletas a la vez.
El baño tiene bañera, inodoro y lavabo. Señalar que el inodoro está tan junto al lavabo que desde él puedes hacer uso simultáneo del lavabo.
Tiene posibilidad de hacer uso de la lavandería que está en el sótano.
Señalar que nuestro estudio estaba en la segunda planta y hay que subir por una estrecha y enmoquetada escalera bastante larga con las maletas, sin ascensor.
Te cambian las toallas cada 2 días.
En resumen, habiendo visto los precios de los hoteles, la posibilidad de poder cocinar, la localización y con los peros anteriores la verdad es que la experiencia es buena y recomendable.
