The place is located in Borough of Camden. It is in zone 2, a residential area. Later check-out time (after 11am and up to 2pm) is permitted for an additional fee of GBP20.00. Subject to availability. If the customer wishes to have something extra, this issue is upon to the customer to be solved. We have the following extras upon customer’s request: Bed linen change (additional set) - £10.00; Cleaning service (per visit) - £20.00; Iron & iron board (one time payment) - £5.00; Additional set of keys (per set) - £5.00.
The customer should keep the unit and its surrounding area clean and tidy. Please do not wash the bed linen and towels upon departure.
It is The Guest’s responsibility to look after the key of the property during the stay. Any the Company's visit in order to re-enter the property is subject to charge GBP25.00 (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) or GBP50.00 (6pm-9am, Mon-Fri, all weekend and holiday days). The expenses that a call out may create should be covered by the client (calls out at night). Lost keys replacement will be charged GBP5.00-GBP60.00 (depend on a type of keys) per set of keys. If Client keeps keys after move out, rent will continue to be charged until keys are returned to management.
Only those people listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay at the premises. Client agrees that there will be no overnight guests in the house for any extended period of time (1 night or more) without prior approval. Unusual traffic will be reported immediately to the Local Police Department.
Harsh or abusive language including cursing at other clients or management will not be tolerated. Every Client deserves to have quiet enjoyment of his or her apartment. Loud music, loud habits and unusual traffic will not be tolerated.
This is a non-smoking property. All smoking should take place outdoors. Smoke and tar residue is very difficult to remove and frequently requires extensive cleaning and painting to eliminate.
Please do not open post if it is not addressed to you. Do not put nails, hooks, screws, etc. in the doors or woodwork or in any way mar them, without permission.
We have the right to restrict or eliminate access to the property to Client’s guests who have violated any of the rules contained within this agreement or interfered with management duties.

Esta bien comunicado. Metro y autobuses cerca. Supermercados al lado.
Es pequeño , cuatro personas adultas no entran. Es para tres personas.
Solo tiene tres sillas.
apartment unwelcoming, uncomfortable sofa bed for two people, only three chairs for four people ..... still convenient to public transport links to visit the city and close to many supermarkets ... overall we enjoyed it
appartamento poco accogliente ,divano letto scomodo per due persone ,solo tre sedie per quattro persone.....comodo comunque ai collegamenti pubblici per visitare la città e vicino a molti supermercati...nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene
Apartment most suitable for 2 people to 4. It has only 3 chairs and once opened the sofa bed is little space left over.
Pros proximity to the two metro stations and bus stations and supermarkets.
Things to improve: to increase to at least 2 towels to head those available, a really little.
Small problem in welcoming because we expected the main street in reality the apartment is at the back.
In general the area is quiet and we were good
Appartamento più adatto a 2 persone che a 4. Ha solo 3 sedie ed una volta aperto il divano letto lo spazio che rimane è poco.
Aspetti positivi vicinanza con le due fermate della metro e degli autobus e con i supermercati.
Cose da migliorare: aumentare almeno a 2 asciugamani a testa quelle a disposizione, una è davvero poco.
Piccolo problema nell'accoglienza perché noi aspettavamo sulla strada principale in realtà l'appartamento è sul retro.
In generale la zona è tranquilla e siamo stati bene

Tolle Lage: sehr zentral, jeweils 2 Minuten zu zwei U-Bahnstationen, nettes Viertel mit vielen günstigen Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants bzw. Take-aways mit Essen aus den unterschiedlichsten Ländern; die Wohnung ist sauber, eine nette Küche ist dabei, in der man auch gemütlich sitzen kann; so ist die Wohnung durchaus auch für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - so wie bei uns - zu empfehlen, obwohl es nur ein Zimmer gibt. Uns hat es also sehr gut gefallen.
The pictures that are on the website are NO WHERE near what the actual apartment looked like! This property is less than filthy! There is a large misrepresentation.
I suggest that someone actually look at this property. The light switches in the hallway didn't work, the shower by no means had new cauking in it, the floor boards in the shower area are rotting and oh, 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 8 days for two people!!
There is a sink yes, nothing to wash with or dry the dishes with, we had to purchase. The dishes were mismatched from somebody's basement junk and dirty, they had to be washed before even using a glass!
This is not even close to what we expected. The pillows were flat and who knows how clean. The two bath towels which were left were well used and the hangers in the closet were so dusty, they couldn't be used....we had nothing to wipe them with unless we wanted to used one of the two towels were were supplied with as a hand towel and a towel for the floor ....
Would never trust the pictures again as a hostel would have been a better option but as the traveller, you are at the mercy of who you trusted and who took your money.
Ottima posizione accanto ad hide park e a pochi metri da 3 linee di metropolitana.
Appartamento essenziale e pulito. Proprietari molto disponibili a rispondere ai vari dubbi.
L'elettricità si paga a parte, ma in 4 abbiamo consumato meno di 10£ in una settimana.
E' al terzo piano, ci sono da fare un pò di scale, ma anche di sabato notte non abbiamo sentito troppi rumori dalla strada.

The flat is near a busy street but it's very quiet.
We had some problem with the wifi but someone was sent to deal with it.
L'appartement est très bien situé (proche de beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants). Il y'a aussi beaucoup de bus, et deux stations de metro (waterloo et overground).
L'appartement est très calme bien que situé tout près d'une avenue.
Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le wifi mais le problème a été réglé.
Nos ha parecido un sitio acogedor y agradable, la zona está muy bien situada, ya que con el metro que está a 5 minutos llegas a cualquier lado, el único inconveniente que podría ser destacable sería el sofá, que es algo incómodo.
