Our apartments are newly refurbished with modern amentities catered to your needs. The bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside table, reading lamp and storage. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and all the necessary appliances you need for your stay.
The bathroom has a standing shower, a WC and a washbasin. A hairdryer will be provided for your convenience. We also provide a weekly cleaning service for all our guests and linens and towels will be provided and changed.
This apartment is perfect for your stay in one of the busiest cities in the world and will ensure that your trip is both ensuring and relaxing.

This is less than a 5 minute walk away from Paddington station/Lancaster Gate station & the Apartment. Please call us on 0044 207 706 1122 or 0044 75 0055 4444 and we will inform you the arrangements for the collection of keys.
Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of £200 will be charged from your credit card to guarantee the booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.
A full payment is required on or before the arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks. All charges will be calculated by night basis. Any extensions will be accepted only on availability and will be charged on pro rata basis.
Confirmation: A Booking confirmation will be emailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit. In most cases a final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.
Security Deposit: On arrival your card will be authorized to cover against incidental breakages and damages.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation is required 3 or more working days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the accommodation costs. Cancellation charges are as follows;
1 to 2 Week Bookings
1 to 3 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost
Over 3 days prior - £100.00 as admin fee
More than 2 Week Bookings
1 to 3 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost
Over 3 days prior - 30% of the accommodation cost
Reducing the Number of Nights (after check-in)
Over 7 days prior - 50% of the accommodation cost
1 to 7 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost
Check-out cleaning: A charge for every apartment will be up to £50 for the entire booking period. This will be a onetime charge and there will not be any other hidden charges for check-out cleaning.

Identity Proff: Guests will need to provide a copy of a valid identification upon your booking.ie: copy of Passport
Opening Hours: Our office is open from 9:30 am to 06:00 pm throughout the week and from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday. Please notify us immediately if you arrive before or after these times.
Payment Method: Payment will be made by cash, card, PayPal payment or bank transfer. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Amex Cards will not be accepted. Card payments can be made via our online payment gateway. Bank transfers should be made prior to the arrival date and the money should be cleared by the date of occupancy.
There is a 3.5% surcharge applicable on all credit cards and debit cards.
Please note that all credit card payments will be made in favour of Company Name.

We had a pleasant stay. Renting fully met our expectations and we enjoyed to find a very well maintained housing, clean, quietly ..... The property is very well located, easy to find and nice area, with shops nearby. We thus advise (for 2 people obviously).
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La location correspondait complètement à nos attentes et nous avons apprécié de trouver un logement très bien entretenu, propre, sans bruit..... Le logement est très bien situé, facile à trouver et le quartier agréable, avec tous commerces à proximité. Nous le conseillons donc (pour 2 personnes évidemment).
Key handover has worked without problems. Room was newly renovated and very
clean. Groceries, restaurants and subway around the corner everything within easy reach.
Room was a quiet location on a small park. For 2 people ideal for 3
a bit short, unfortunately no coffee Maschiene available.
Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr
sauber. Lebensmittel, Restaurants und U-Bahn um die Ecke alles gut zu erreichen.
Zimmer hatte eine ruhige Lage an einem kleinen Park. Für 2 Personen ideal,für 3
etwas knapp, leider keine Kaffee-Maschiene vorhanden.
Apartment very well located with metro and bus lines at 100m, leaving you at the center in less than 20 min.
The size of the apartment is suitable for two people, and if you are located on the ground floor is ideal.
Key collection is a bit confusing because the address is for a business of Real Estate, but pick the office is in the basement of the same. The person who was in the reception was not very friendly, and cost we confirmed that this was where the office was located.
Apartamento muy bien ubicado, con líneas de metro y autobus a 100m, que te dejan en el centro en menos de 20 min.
El tamaño del apartamento es adecuado para dos personas, y si estás ubicado en la planta baja, es ideal.
La recogida de llaves es un poco confusa, ya que la dirección corresponde a una empresa de Real Estate, aunque de recogida el despacho está en el sótano de la misma. La persona que estaba en la zona de recepción no fue muy amable, y costó que nos confirmara que era allí donde se ubicaba la oficina.
The apartment is conveniently and centrally located, close to Paddington. Ideally connection to train to Heathrow and metro and is very quiet. A little tiring is the 4th floor without elevator.
The apartment is a bit small, bathroom very tight, the sofa bed in the kitchen living room is for a child in order.
Great facilities with TV, internet, DVD player, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, kettle fridge and 2 plate stove. For us it was enough and we found the location great.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig und zentral, Nähe Paddington. Idealer Anschluss an Zug nach Heathrow und U-Bahn und ist sehr ruhig. Etwas anstrengend ist der 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.
Die Wohnung ist etwas klein, Badezimmer ziemlich eng, das Schlafsofa im Küchen-Wohnzimmer ist für ein Kind in Ordnung.
Tolle Ausstattung mit Fernseher, WLAN und DVD Player, Fön,Toaster, Microwelle, Wasserkocher Kühlschrank und 2 Plattenkocher. Für uns hat es gereicht und wir fanden die Lage toll.
I stayed 10 days at P1808. The situation is as close to perfect as you get in London (close to railways, two underground stations and various buses; local shops, restaurants and bars), but still quiet. The bathroom is also OK. On the negative side, the studio is quite expensive, but very small. The cooking possibilities are rather poor, and there is no proper table at which to enjoy your meal or sit working. There was a lack of pots and other kitchen utensils when I arrived, but the assistant was very kind and provided on short notice what I needed. The internet connection was not very good. My conclusion: If you travel alone, perhaps acceptable. For a couple: not sufficient except for a short stay.
We were 100% happy with this apartment. Great location (two tube stations, grocery stores, pubs and shopping mall nearby). Clean, big bedrooms. Would go again!
Marvelous location. Good apartment. The bathroon is small for fat people. The kitchen is small not good for serious cook. After all is excelent for couple. I recommend. If you don't like stairs look for other one.
Apartment located on the first floor with a balcony, the spaces are really small and minimal but complete with all the amenities: a double bed, kitchen, bathroom.
When we arrived at the agency we were escorted to the apartment which was about very little. We found the apartment clean and tidy, as promesso.La area is recommended for the convenience to the metro since there are 2 nearby metro stations (Paddington, Lancaster Gate) and also nearby there are shops and cafes for every necessità.Consigliatissimo short breaks where the need is to have a point of reference not practical and functional for long stays as small spaces! would also like to compliment the staff Wimdu for assistance during the booking in contattatare owners.
Appartamento situato al primo piano con balcone, gli spazi sono veramente ridotti e minimali ma è completo di tutti i servizi: letto matrimoniale, cucina, bagno in camera.
Quando siamo arrivati in agenzia siamo stati accompagnati all'appartamento che distava pochissimo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito ed ordinato, come promesso.La zona è consigliata per la comodità alla metro dato che sono disponibili 2 stazioni metro vicine (Paddington, Lancaster Gate) ed inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e locali per ogni necessità.Consigliatissimo per soggiorni brevi dove l'esigenza sia quella di avere un punto di riferimento pratico e funzionale non per lunghi soggiorni dato gli spazi ridotti!!Inoltre vorrei complimentarmi con lo staff Wimdu per l'assistenza durante la prenotazione nel contattatare i proprietari.
